Comprehensive Internet and Other Marketing
The strategic marketing plan I will prepare for your property will ensure that your property receives extensive Internet marketing, including marketing your property on REALTOR.com, Zillow, Trulia, Facebook, Twitter, Google, Craigslist, and several other Internet websites. In addition, I will send email flyers regarding your property directly to thousands of other real estate agents/brokers, and your property will be highlighted on my personal website as a Featured Listing. I will prepare full color marketing brochures/flyers for your property. I look forward to meeting with you in person and providing you with additional information regarding my exclusive marketing system in which I can distribute information about your property through my personal network, which includes CPA’s and other business associates who work directly with people looking to purchase real estate in Arizona.
Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
I personally prepare and place my clients’ listings in the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS). As the MLS listing for your property will be exposed to millions of potential buyers and real estate agents, it’s critical that your property’s listing is well written and professional in appearance.
High Quality Photographs/Virtual Tours
The marketing of your home will include high quality photographs and a virtual tour. In this day and age, high quality photographs and a virtual tour of your property are essential marketing tools as a majority of people looking to purchase real estate spend some amount of time online researching properties prior to viewing the properties in person. “A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words”.
Comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis
I will research and analyze real estate market data and prepare a detailed, informative report (i.e., a Comparative Market Analysis) for you to ensure that your property is properly priced. More specifically, I will analyze comparable properties that recently sold, evaluate the inventory of similar homes for sale, and review applicable real estate market history/trends. I will conduct an in-depth comparison of your property to other similar properties in the same general area based on size, age, condition, location, features, etc. in order to determine how much your property is worth. I will ensure that you are well-informed.

I am happy to offer my expert opinion of the value of your home or land based on current listings, sold comps, and information you provide.
